My aim is to help and inspire you to live a calm, joyful and less stressful life by creating more equanimity, creativity and conscious awareness into your everyday life.


I have integrated and developed the ancient practices of Reiki, Qi Gong, and Ikebana with modern busy living to deliver to you simple, effective and easy meditations. Alongside these meditations I use practices and techniques to shift blocked and negative energy helping to you release adverse physical and emotional discomfort. Throughout all treatments and courses the relaxation response system (parasympathetic nervous system) is triggered which then tells the mind and body that all is well. The healing process begins and the body and mind restore balance and re-align itself. 

Your aim is to give to yourself first, by doing so you have the capacity to give more to others. Take a little time out of your day to focus on you and embrace these self-care practices. You will soon reap the rewards and become re-vitalised and in harmony with all that is around you and within you.
